Vendor/Partner Registration
The City of Mulberry invites you to participate in the City of Mulberry Community Hurricane Awareness Day. This year the event will be held, June 8, 2012 from 9: 00 a.m. to 3: 00 p.m. at the Mulberry Civic Center located at 901 N.E. 5th Street. The Mulberry Civic Center offers plenty of room for exhibitors to interact with the public. We are thriving this year to educate and prepare our citizens to potential hazards that may occur. Your participation will be an invaluable resource to the Citizens of Mulberry as they prepare for, respond to, or recover from a disaster. Bring materials, giveaways and lots of information.
We are requesting a donation of $25.00 per booth from our vendors. Each booth will be supplied with one table and two chairs. In order to include your agency/business in the pre-event promotions, we ask that you register using the online vendor application no later than May 18, 2012. State, County and non-profit organizations will be allotted one booth at no charge. Booths are limited, so please register as soon as possible. Electricity availability is limited for some booths and these will be reserved on a first come first serve basis with preregistration required.

Businesses also have the opportunity to become a Hurricane Preparedness Partner with The City of Mulberry by contributing $150. Partners will be showcased on promotional material and at the event.

** Door prizes are encouraged. Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own drawing and prize contribution. **
The Hurricane Awareness Day is an educational event for the entire family. In addition to your vendor booth, the event will include: guest speakers, safety demonstrations, and emergency vehicle displays. Since the purpose of the event is to educate the Citizens, please participate with an education objective in mind.
